Terms and Conditions
The remote sale of "Black Sand" branded products through the website www.blacksandclothing.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "General Conditions"). The products offered on the Site are sold directly by Word Srl (hereinafter referred to as "Word").
Word Srl is an Italian company with its registered office at Via Antonio Vivaldi 4, Mogliano Veneto, TV, 31021, IT, VAT number and registration number in the Treviso Business Register 04949110268, R.E.A. no. TV - 412876.
To meet the needs and expectations of its customers, Word Srl has decided to create, alongside its network of direct and exclusive retail stores, a platform for the remote sale of selected products through its Site, offering a curated selection of certain categories of "Black Sand" products. The list of "Black Sand" products available for remote sale can be found on the Site.
The use of the remote sales service described in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is reserved exclusively for consumers (hereinafter referred to as "Customers"), defined as individuals acting for purposes unrelated to their entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal, or professional activities, who are at least 18 years old (or, if minors, are authorized by their legal representative).
The products offered for sale on the Site can be purchased from anywhere in the world.
The languages available for concluding sales contracts through the Site are Italian and English.
The resale, rental, or transfer of products purchased on the Site for any commercial or professional purpose is expressly prohibited.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are published on the Site to inform Customers and allow them to store and reproduce the terms as required by Article 12, Paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003 (“Implementation of Directive 2000/31/EC on certain legal aspects of information society services, in particular electronic commerce, within the internal market”) and subsequent amendments and additions.
Word Srl may modify and/or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Customers are therefore required to accept only the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in effect at the time of purchase.
Any modifications and/or additions will apply exclusively to purchase orders placed after the date of the modification and/or addition.
The removal of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale from the website www.blacksandclothing.com will render them automatically and irrevocably inapplicable and ineffective concerning Word Srl for purchases made after their removal, even if the General Conditions are still available and/or accessible to the public through other websites.
PRICES & PAYMENT METHODS
Prices and Currencies
Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) for shipments to Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Greece, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Portugal, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, and Monaco. Shipments to the United Kingdom are listed in British Pounds (GBP), and shipments to Switzerland are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF).
The total amount shown during the purchase process includes shipping costs, as specified and indicated in the shopping cart.
Word Srl reserves the right to modify the prices of products sold through the Site at any time and without prior notice. Customers will be charged the prices published on the Site at the time of the Customer's order confirmation, provided the products are available in stock when the order is placed.
Payment Methods
Word Srl accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Card
- PayPal
Word Srl reserves the right to verify a transaction directly with the bank or PayPal. These checks may cause delays in order processing.
Credit Card
Word Srl accepts the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro.
For credit card payments, the Customer confirms and guarantees that they are the holder of the credit card used for the purchase and that their name matches the one on the credit card. The Customer must provide the credit card number, expiration date, and security code as indicated on the card.
Transactions will only be charged to the Customer once:
(i) the credit card details have been verified,
(ii) authorization to charge the card has been received from the issuing bank, and
(iii) Word Srl has confirmed product availability and the Order is ready for shipment.
No charge will be made at the time of Order transmission, except for any temporary charge required to validate the credit card.
PayPal
By selecting PayPal, Customers are redirected to the PayPal website, where they can make payments directly using their PayPal account.
Word Srl reserves the right to process orders only if the shipping address matches the address verified by PayPal.
For payments via PayPal, the Customer confirms and guarantees that they are the holder of the PayPal account used for the purchase. Transactions will be charged to the Customer only after they receive a Confirmation Email from Word Srl.
If, for any reason, it is not possible to charge the amounts due from the Customer, the sale process will be automatically canceled.
Order Processing and Availability
Products purchased will be shipped only after Word Srl verifies the Customer’s credit card details with the issuing bank and receives authorization for the charge, or upon receipt of payment confirmation in the case of PayPal payments.
If one or more products are unavailable, only the price and shipping costs related to the available products will be charged.
