We have tried to answer the most common questions.

ARE THE ITEMS SOLD AUTHENTIC?

Customers are required to inspect the goods upon delivery to ensure they match the items ordered and are free from manufacturing or other defects. Black Sand products are also subject to the legal warranties provided by Italian law, specifically those set out in Articles 129, 130, and 132 of the Consumer Code, in addition to any other manufacturer guarantees offered to the Customer.

In the event of manufacturing defects or non-conformity, the Customer has the right to have the product restored to its original condition through repair or replacement, unless the requested remedy is objectively impossible or excessively burdensome compared to an alternative solution. If any of the conditions described in Article 130, paragraph 7, of the Consumer Code apply, the Customer may request a price reduction or the termination of the contract.

It should be noted that the Customer loses these rights if they fail to report the product's non-conformity to Word srl within 2 (two) months from the date they discovered the defect. Claims for defects not fraudulently concealed by Word srl must be filed within 26 (twenty-six) months from the delivery date. If an order is canceled, no charges will be made to the Customer. If any amounts have already been charged, the Customer will be promptly reimbursed.

Any Customer request to exercise the above rights must be communicated to Word srl via registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt sent to the following address: Word srl, Via N. Machiavelli 2, 31021 Mogliano Veneto TV, Italy, and anticipated by email to info@blacksandclothing.com

The right to exercise the warranty as provided by the Consumer Code for remedying product defects applies only to items purchased through the website.

HOW CAN I CHECK STORE AVAILABILITY OF AN ITEM?

Customers must contact the boutique directly and ask the staff about the availability of the item they are interested in.

HOW CAN I TRACK A PACKAGE AND WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Word srl ships worldwide via DHL/UPS.
Once the package is handed over to DHL/UPS, customers will receive an email containing the tracking number (AWB) for the order. The estimated delivery time is within 72 hours.
To track the status of an order, visit the official DHL/UPS website and enter the tracking number received by email in the "Track Your Shipment" section.

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Depending on the order status, it may be possible to cancel an item or the entire order.
The cancellation request must be sent to info@blacksandclothing.com

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM/ORDER?

Customers can return their orders, in whole or in part, within 14 days from the delivery date. Items can be returned either for a size exchange or a refund.

Customers must send an email to info@blacksandclothing.com requesting a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
The request must include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item code
  • Reason for the return

Our Customer Service team will then provide the necessary documents to proceed with the return.
